We want you to be entirely satisfied with your care and treatment. If you are not satisfied, please talk to our complaints manager, Mrs Margaret Anthony, who will deal with the complaint according to the practice's complaints policy.
Violent or abusive patients will be discharged from the practice and may be reported to the police. Treatment will no longer be provided
